Let me try.. More strong is wrong because the comparative form of strong is stronger right, but at 21:19 what we are talking about is not that ,we are comparing two different qualities of the same person as in Strong and Wise so agar mujhe kehna haii ki wo wise toh hai hii par jitna wise hai usse bhi jyada strong hai toh yaha He is more strong than wise sahi ho jayega , agar wo jitna strong h utna hi wise h toh "He is as strong as he is wise" hota par yaha wo wise hone se jyada strong h so. I hope this helps
