Fear and anxiety are completly healthy dont think not having these is healthy. Im serious they have a psychological purpose modertation is everything. You can have worry and panic but yourself talk is key

@@daboz8753 this is so true! I also want to add to that because I am kinda doing the same thing as far as deciding my appearance to be different. ( so this isn’t directed at you I just really loved what you said)What I have realize is to ACCEPT yourself and 3D for what it is now. Instead of looking in the mirror and being upset that u don’t see what you want, look at the person in the mirror and love that person. Appreciate it, when we fight against it and see it as some sort of threat it creates this false sense on nonfulfillment and separation from what you have chosen for yourself. Everything you see even if it looks like what you don’t want it is leading you to your desired appearance. So start to see yourself now as already who u want to be and accept how things appears now from the awareness that even how u look right now is leading you to what u want. But never fall for the thoughts of “oh that hasn’t changed I still look the same” don’t do that. Look beyond it as the source and understand that aye I get to choose. And choose that you are the person that has the appearance that you desire. Don’t worry about how you feel or the thoughts, let them be there. But know that you’re in charge and what u say is what is the truth. Remember that you’re source and keep to that decision no matter what u see. It’s already done. And it’s unfolding perfectly. I personally like to just say I have the appearance I want right now. For example I decided I want blue eyes and long lushes hair, when thought come up about how I look I just tell myself “ I don’t care, I am being the me that has blue eye and long lushes hair”. I have imaginal scenes and stuff but I know all I have to do is choose it and that’s it, techniques to me are not necessary because I know it’s done. So it doesn’t matter I say to myself, it’s all about know who u say you are and sticking to that. You hold all the power! It’s done, there is no time in between u and that desired appearance.
See yourself mentally first everyday and then look in the mirror
Stay away from the mirror,,checking yourself in the mirror constantly imply it is not here yet..Just know that you have changed your appearance and act like it is done ,,Then you will see the change..Signs follow they do not proceed 🍎🍎
