- In this video I will be tearing down an adaptive xenon headlight from a 2017 Hyundai Tucson.
OEM Part Number: 92102-D3400
This light is pretty straight forward without much complication to take a part. The hardest part is getting to the front DRL LED. There are a lot of screws that have to be removed to get access to those front components. The xenon components are much easier to access.
I have a 2020 Hyundai Kona with small screws connected internally with the lens and want to separate the lens and housing using the heat method. What internal components are the internal screws connected to and can the lens and housing be separated with the screws connected to the lens? It appears in your video the internal screws are connected to an internal bevel system and want to confirm the internal screws are not connected to the lighting components also connected to the housing. Your answer will be greatly appreciated.

I saw that the osram D3S bulbs are mounted, how is it possible? Did they change all the wiring or did the headlight simply leave the factory like this?
May I ask if you have the availability of two front headlights right and left?

The headlight as shown is completely factory. The bulb is held in with a holder and 2 screws.
I do not have any whole headlights available at this time.
