Hurricane Helene Before the Storm in Asheville North Carolina

Footage from the French Broad River as it breached its banks before hurricane helene even made landfall in Florida while it was still more than 700 miles away. I went to the river to check the water level and was shocked to discover the entire park was already under water! I witnessed a portapotty floating away and a car nearly totally submerged.
