It’s not rocket science, it’s clear as day what he said. In times of war in both guerrilla or conventional armies, mutiny or desertion was often dealt with summarily. MK as a military force was disbanded as part of the negotiated settlement & some of its cadres along with APLA and other bantustan/homelands armies absorbed into the new SANDF as negotiated in the April 1993 Accord (Interim Constitution).
South Africa is now a multi-party democracy there is no war so you deal with perceived enemies legally and or politically.
