This was such a pleasure to watch. I was worried the resin would saturate the stickers and leave that wet look. Like when you get paper wet. But you made it look amazing ! Thank you for sharing !
This is really helpful. Im having trouble in deciding what design I should choose for my phone since its really limited and kinda exaggerated. Now that you help me in the process of making this I'll probably make my own design. Thank you
Thanks so much for ur video❤️❤️, such an inspiration, i wanna ask u something, why u used a blow torch?, Is that to make spread evenly, if that so what a subtitution for torch ? Thankyou IM very appriciate it for your answer🙏
absolutely love this!!! really stupid question though....with the stickers do you remove the backings of the stickers before you put in resin or leave them on?
@@AmyMade Maybe a very thin layer? Because I tried it in the back but I didn't first apply a layer of resin, just pasted the stickers (in my case self adhesive photographic paper) to the case and applied the resin over it, but the paper sticks out when it dries :(
The paper sticks out because the resin layer was not thick enough. Usually these cases made to be a snug fit so I wouldn’t put resin on the inside of the case. If you put the sticker on the inside, just leave it as is; no need to seal with resin since they are already protected by the case.
@@AmyMade thank you so much! 💕 also, do you have any tips on how to make the surface of the resin not bumpy? i mean for the finishing, when we apply the last layer of the resin, should we pour more amount than the previous layers?
So I purchased some cases from amazon similar to the ones from eBay but the adhesive was already on the phone case. Will this be a problem for the resin ?
I actually never tried it but the basic knowledge is the resin does not stick to silicone. This is why I always use hard plastic cases with any type of resin
is using resin for a phone case durable? i painted a phone case and am considering topping it off with uv resin, but as i use my phone so often and often chuck the case around and leave it in bags and stuff, i'm worried it won't last. any help would be very appreciated:)
Maestro yes it’s pretty durable. Especially if you use resin that cures with some flexibility to it such as the brand ArtResin. To be honest, I’m pretty rough with my phone too. I drop it all the time and while the coat of resin stayed intact, the acrylic case did not. I’d say just be more careful with these acrylic cases cuz they have no bumpers
@@nahlas.3836 You can get a more flexible 2 part resin and you can get hard UV resin. I always just read the reviews when I am trying different brands too see how each one cures.
zobe lobe I do this as well when I work with resin. It is to ensure that nothing sticks to the resin as it is wet and curing, such as dust or debris in the air.
Found by accident, was wondering how some people got these cool designs. I figured it was stickers but now I know it can be! Yea!
This was such a pleasure to watch. I was worried the resin would saturate the stickers and leave that wet look. Like when you get paper wet. But you made it look amazing !
Thank you for sharing !
Amy Tiramisu thank you! These are plastic stickers so I didn’t have to worry about the resin staining them!
Thank you sooo much for linking the phone case!! I’ve been trying to find which case to use forever!!
This was the best tutorial ever. Thank you! It's crazy it took me hours to find something like this!
This is really helpful. Im having trouble in deciding what design I should choose for my phone since its really limited and kinda exaggerated. Now that you help me in the process of making this I'll probably make my own design. Thank you
I love it. Thank You
It’s awesome. Which side of the cover you used for pouring resin…inside or outside? Plz guide
the front side
Have you ever made a mould for your case?
Wow, this is so amazing..nice artwork, thanks for sharing..😊🌺🌺💖💖
Momanjo Crafts tv 【DIY】 thank you!
sooo cute
Thanks so much for ur video❤️❤️, such an inspiration, i wanna ask u something, why u used a blow torch?, Is that to make spread evenly, if that so what a subtitution for torch ? Thankyou IM very appriciate it for your answer🙏
Thank you! The torch is used to pop any surface bubbles from the resin
I did this case a long time ago you beat me to the punch OMG😳😳😳😳😳
adore your videos
Wow ♥️♥️
Instead of uv light, can i use the sun? As the sun also have some uv light rays nowadays 😅
Yes you can. It will take much longer to cure and it has to be under direct sunlight without the barrier of windows
AmyMade thankyou for your fast reply! 🥰
Which epoxy brand do you recommend for making phone cases? Thank you for the tutorial!
Any that is designed for coating is fine
So cute🧡
Can I use silicon/jelly phone case?
So gorgeous~~~!!!!
Can I use a heat gun instead of a torch to pop the bubbles?
Torch is better when you don’t want to disturb the resin. The heat gun may blow the resin off the case 。👍🏻
can you also use the flashlight of your phone or any flashlight ? please answer , thank you x
Use the flashlight for what?
absolutely love this!!! really stupid question though....with the stickers do you remove the backings of the stickers before you put in resin or leave them on?
Mandy's Memory Keepers thank you. I removed them for these stickers
@@AmyMade thank you =) xxx
What do u called the thing that put in the case like a clear water???
Is it just a normal torch? How long it usually took for the resin to fully hard?
It’s a normal torch, just smaller. Mine takes 24 hours to cure enough to be handled and 1 week for a full cure
Can you harden the resin with a uv light? Or does it have to specifically be UV resin to do so?
Kriseana Taylor , yes, uv resin is a specific type of resin that requires uv light to cure.
you make inside or outside? I'm so suspens 🥰
I m sorry, I don’t understand your question
It's okay sorry😂
Is this a silicon case? Also is this epoxy that comes with the hardener
No it’s a hard plastic case. I talk more detail in the video. And I did use 2 part epoxy resin which comes with a hardener
Do you think you can link the exact phone case? I followed your link, but couldn’t find that exact one :(
How about putin resin on the inside of the case? Wouldn't that be smoother?
If you do that, your phone won’t fit in the case anymore
@@AmyMade Maybe a very thin layer?

Crafter's Delights by Amy Ahh alright. I’ll apply a second layer of resin I think. Thank you very much!
what type of stiker you use? resin stiker?
They’re made of plastic
Hii can i pleaseeee know where to get the phonecase mold like that
May i know, what a paper to make a sticker ?
I bought these stickers
When i click on that link to cases i cant find this clear cases i just found sublimation cases
Maybe not the exact one but there’s some on the link. You just have to search for it
@@AmyMade ok and cant you give me link for the same one?
@@laurafrlickova4777 no because they don’t sell the exact one anymore
Do u have any phncase home deliveries??i need to order one
No I dont
So cute! So what if the resin overflowed? How can I clean it up?
Wipe it off with rubbing alcohol
hello, can we replace the torch with a hair dryer?
Andrada Miller sure. Just use a low setting. I usually don’t like using it because it moves dust around onto the resin
@@AmyMade thank you so much! 💕 also, do you have any tips on how to make the surface of the resin not bumpy? i mean for the finishing, when we apply the last layer of the resin, should we pour more amount than the previous layers?
Can I use paper instead of sticker?
Sure. You’ll have the seal the paper with decopage medium so the resin won’t stain it
So I purchased some cases from amazon similar to the ones from eBay but the adhesive was already on the phone case. Will this be a problem for the resin ?
I’m sorry...I’m not sure. I would just take some acetone and peel it off if I were you.
Crafter's Delights by Amy definitely will try that, thank you!
So cute!!!!🍌🥝🍉🍐🍎🍒🍊
👍👍👍
I have a question, what material of phone case should i use if im using non uv resin
What are you using instead?
@@AmyMade the current casing i have is TPU Silicone. Will regular Non UV epoxy resin stick on my casing? It's my first time of trying 😭 im so scared

@@AmyMade omggg thank you soo much for the info 🥺✨❤️ youre so kinddddd thanks for the video too 🌸🌸
that is super coollll, i was searching this!! btw, how long you'll dry the resin?
Thank you! The brand of resin I used takes 48 hours to cure
@@AmyMade okay noted. i will try it at home because i really want to bulid a business😓 wish me luck! and btw have a nice day!🌼✨
You can also use UV resin. I t cures in minutes under an UV lamp.
What resin brand do you use?
Ethanol08 I use several brands. But for this video I used entropy resin
Does it has to be 2 part resin epoxy? Or could it be normal resin epoxy?
Paola Cámara whats a “normal” epoxy resin?

Maestro good luck! Love to see your end result!
how long should i let the resin fully cure?
Depends on the resin you’re using. Please follow the instructions it came with.
How did you measure your amount of resin to fit the phone case?
I didn’t. As stated in video, I used some left over resin from another project.
How much time it takes to dry???
Anjali Kharwar 24-48hrs
@@AmyMade where you put the cases while you wait to dry?
Was anyone else not seeing a link for the phone cases?
There’s no link. Took it down since the seller stopped selling it.
@@AmyMade ok thank you so much 😊
Is it hard or soft or gummy uv resin?
I used epoxy resin but you can use hard type of using uv resin
@@AmyMade thanks a lot ❤.
But is there soft epoxy resin like the soft uv one???or does the soft type exist only in uv resin??

Yes it’s a 2 part epoxy
what resin do you use ?
Rauhen Mnbb I used 2 part resin. I mentioned in the video
Can I use polyester resin??

How can i get resin from any online apps
Sreekutty Littlemuffinz you buy resin online. Amazon has many brands
Do resin transparemt cases turn yellow?
Resin in general will yellow over time
