Mumbai is completely dependent on the services sector. Such Industrial areas are important to have jobs of all categories like manufacturing, contract manufacturing and supply chain etc. This is very sad news. If slowly Mumbai will be converted to just residential buildings then how many jobs will be left? Will everyone just work in Call Centres, IT KPOs and IT BPOs. So everyone should just work in IT or Services sector now. Really saddened to see the state of Mumbai today. The AQI of Mumbai has become even worse than Delhi due to too much construction of metro, re-development and development projects.
No everyone should not work in bpo or call center or IT. Instead they should work at minimum wage as worker and junior accountant and junior clerk, etc.

Too much service oriented economy is bad in the long term. These businessmen bhi koi doodh ke dhoole nahi hai. Mazdooro ka hakk maarte hai. They exploit workers ignoring all labour rules. They have created a ecosystem where corruption is way of life. Aaj voh khud ismein fass gaye toh ro raye hai. Till the system was benefiting them, they were happy. They created the corruption monster. Now when that monster is bothering them, they are playing victim card.

Capitalism is not a fair system, specially not fair to the middle class or job-working class who were taught socialism in schools. Capitalism always gives power to the Owner of the Capital. If that person is good, he will treat his or her employees much better. For example, we talk about Ratan Tata as a great Industrialist. How much salary does TCS give? 3LPA for freshers? is this example of a great Capital Owner. So this argument of Capitalist not treating their employees fairly is near ending Boss. No Capitalist treats there employees with complete social security and job security. Not Even Big Tech companies.
The industries are generating employment. At whoes risk? Risk is what employer is taking, for which he gets profit. In todays time, government is depended on these people for creating employment. Business class is the one which helps in collection of GST tax and is the one who contributes most taxes. Without them, there will only be imports and burden on govt. If all employers, think of becoming employee, you wont be able to think of unemployment you will be facing. So lets thank him for not taking your job but provide jobs to 600 others!

Lodha is one the worst developer, their construction is far below par and cheap. Waterproofing leaves a lot to be desired, leaks all over the apartment is what the buyer has too live with. DO NOT PURCHASE a flat from LODHA
