As a cyclist we have to put up with far worse on a regular basis. I really don't think this argument stands up. The real issue is the cars and lorries going too fast for the road and that bridge wasn't designed to have enormous modern SUVs driving over it. Check yourself Noel
If you cared about the safety of cyclists you'd allow the trail to cross your land. Glad you live on the the other side of the planet, good luck to New Zealanders.
Noel, it is great to see you are concerned about the safety of cyclists. But I would be more concerned about the potential harm caused by the alcoholic beverages you are selling in your bar at your property. Your bar is in an isolated location accessible mainly by car (or bike) after partaking in a few alcoholic beverages it will be by car that your patrons leave the property to head home. Surely this is a safety concern?
Looking good Noel. New Zealand agrees with you. We miss you though back in England.
Let's get Noel and Alan Partridge debating this. If you don't do it Sky will.

Noel Edmonds You're in my group
Even if there is some NIMBYism, do the potential benefits of his 'crusade' outweigh this. Sounds like it could.
🤗 Public spirited Noel or high production nimby video 🤔

I’m sure he’s also very glad you live on the opposite side
He should have asked Jim van den Bos for help
The bike is better than the new jaguar

Good on ya Noel for championing the stupid positioning of some cycleways. However, come back to London and I'll show you some really dangerous ones.
For every supposedly dangerous cycle track I'll show you thousands of dangerous drivers.
Too true! I'm not against cycle ways. Far from it. I'm a cyclist myself. Only poor design.
