I am thinking of reserving here, but i saw comments telling it is not so clean? And what about food is it really 5* resort choices?

As for the standard of hotels, it varies depending on the country you go to. When going on vacation to Greece, you should keep in mind that in this country the standard of hotels is inflated by one star so I would not choose anything below 5 stars.
Regarding the cleanliness of the rooms, it probably depends on which room you end up in.
Moreover the Aldemar offers two additional restaurants during a week long stay: La Pergola with Italian cuisine and Abeliona with Greek cuisine. We chose La Pergola and the food was really delicious 10/10
