Another beautiful teaching I just love trees and you have really made these pop and come to life thank you so much for sharing and have a great day God bless you
Your technique is great to watch and thank you so much for sharing. I will be having a go at this. More tutorials please Laura, anytime you have some free time! 😉 xx
I’m so glad it has made you feel confident I often think we don’t try things because we don’t think we will get the right result at least that’s how I use to feel but I’ve learned that there is an artist in us all so we just have to go for it there’s nothing to loose Xx
There is so much depth in the trees. It is also interesting that you started with the dark rather than the light colours. So, do you use tube watercolours or pan watercolours? Also, is the paper or the baby wipe damp? Finally, have you tried this technique with a sponge or a piece of cloth? I'm tempted to try it with a scrap piece of cloth.
Hi Ahmed I use versacolor ink pads the small ones available on the card-io website the baby wipe is dry and I’m working on card stock 7x7 inches 350gsm from craft U.K.. no I’ve not tried the technique with sponges or cloth but you would have to be careful not putting too much water as it will just make the different colour a splodgy mess. But why not have a go and see the results it’s all about trying new ways of doing things. I hope that helps . Thanks for the question
Those are lovely trees, and the greens are very good... both are very realistic and the tutorial very useful... thank you 😊
