Hi Dhruvin, thanks for this video. I tried this actually but I didn't serves me well. Hope you could create a video where the pva could search a Sharepoint site for a specific document and answer back to pva with that document along of its location link. I am trying to look for this kind of solution but I can't find in UA-cam yet, even searched the pva and power automate communities, they give an answer but they didn't answer what the issue i am encountering :) but its ok, I will try to look somewhere else. No way to change it
So it is no longer necessary to use the Azure Open AI service?
This method uses Azure Open AI behind the scene! But not need to do any configuration for this!!

Can we use virtual agents with teams ? Is it free?
You can integrate with with Teams as well! PVA is not free! It's a separate license!
