For people saying Danny can't do those screams anymore, HE COULD have and still can if he practiced enough. But he likes to sing like it's the 80's. I'm not saying it's bad, I love the new record but it'd be nice to see another album like Stand Up And Scream.
he has way more control over his cleans and mid screams then ever before. But 4 years ago danny didn't run back and forth on stage with sunglasses and thought he was in the 80's freestyling between every breakdown.
Personally I think Danny's vocals have really improved and his live performances are a lot better than before, not that he wasn't good before, he has just got a hell of a lot better!

He tore his vocal chords. and later worked with what he had, and matured his voice alot, getting it to where bands now and days dont really do, which is a reason why the new album is much different and more matured because he wanted their sound to be different and no really generic with todays music. if you search around there are interviews where your question is pretty much answered.

Freue mich schon auf die Videos von The Devil Wears Prada oder The Ghost Inside :) Was fürs nächste mal sehr empfehlenswert ist, sind separate Mikros die aufs Publikum gerichtet sind :) Weiter so ! :)

just met sam today and he said the same. taking a break then touring this year in NZ. hes waiting for his new signature bass to be ready. thats all i am allowed to mention lol
das war die letzte show ihrer festival sommer-tour und man merkt, dass danny sehr kaputt ist, aber ich finde, dass es trotzdem eine sehr gelungene, wenn auch extreeem improvisierte performance ist. nebenbei noch ein lob an das vainstream-team: sehr gute aufnahmen, fetter sound!
Yea it was like 35 degree after 3 4 bands i was nearly dead there was bands like the ghost inside deez nuts before asking alexandria so it was very hard :D
