What I use:
Cloud GPU (Runpod) - gabha.me/runpod
Local GPU: Gigabyte RTX4080 16GB - amzn.to/3SI4RqE
on a 11GB 1080 TI I gave up after waiting:
2 hours and 10 minutes
to generate 1 photo at 20 steps from 1 image.
It never made it to 1/20 steps. It stayed at 0.0% with 0/20 steps.
That's pretty bad. That means the code is not optimised for low vram. You might have to see if the command lines supports some low vram arguments
why didn't I show you how to install it step by step through Visual Studio?there are many beginners here and do not understand how to do it ((((
Sorry but its as easy as download and run the EXE, click next a few times and you are done. You can search UA-cam for it, my goal is to show how PhotoMaker works and its results.

Not sure I can help my friend. You might want to report on the GIT page as an issue or review past issues.
