Right before the vocal comes in with the verse, none in the verses, and one right before the chorus. Repeat that pattern as necessary. In other words, let the chord progressions for each section of the tune complete before setting up the next section with a fill. Of course that's how I'd do it, obviously it's not the only way, as all these fills are a big part of this song. Good question, thanks for asking. I'll put my reply in the description.

Hi Samuel, I learned the song by listening and that started back in the 1960s when the song first was aired on pop radio. By the time I sat down to do this video 6 years ago I was able to do it in one take without rehearsing it because I knew the song so well having heard it so many times. I first heard it when I was 8 yrs old every time my dad had a few drinks and put this song,(I'am 36 now) unfortunately not even he new what the name for this song was either , he just had the song recorded in an old cassette.
