How To: Assemble the NoCry Thigh Strap Knee Pads with Enhanced Hard Cap

1. Find the perfect fit by choosing the length of your hook'n'loop straps.
2. Attach one end the hook'n'loop straps, so they will not cover the rivets.
3. Place the knee pad on your knee.
4. Fasten the hook'n'loop straps tightly from the other end.
5. Secure the knee pad by fastening and tightening the slip buckles.
6. Open and close both straps from the rivet side for easy on and off.
