Was it worth it? = In my opinion to see all of these bands in the same weekend, Yes
FOR THOSE ABOUT TO ROCK, WE SALUTE YOU
This was an awesome ending to an epic weekend. I did not go to Power Trip on Sunday for Toll and Metallica. I mainly went there to see Iron Maiden and AC/DC and was not disappointed with either.
Full Disclosure I did NOT pay full price for the tickets, but I did have to drive about 3 hours a day so I'm not sure if I really ended up saving much.
Power Trip was a Heavy Metal Music Festival held at Empire Polo Club in Indio, California from October 6th - October 8th. The original Headliners were Iron Maiden, Guns N, Roses, Ozzy Osbourne, Tool, and Metallica. Due to health reasons Ozzy cancelled, and was replaced by Judas Priest. This is the same venue that hosts the Coachella Music Festival.
