Need to do these call ins radio style. Answer, take the comment or question, hang up, then answer. The follow ups or back and forth from callers are too unreliable and awkward. Not all bad, but just too hit and miss. Only my opinion. Either way, glad to hear you guys.

Deadstop deadlifts, thats why it‘s called „dead“lift. You can mimick this with a box squat for squats or pin presses for bench, while pauses add time under tension.... however stretch reflexe holds up for 2seconds and up to 5sec in very trained athletes (source westside barbell, they got it from wilsons studies) love that shit so much right now
