The hotel was fully booked during our stay so no upgrades provided. There is no lounge at this place. And you have to pay extra for the egg dishes, status or not. We didn’t do that.
thats a lot of people for an $800/night hotel, and for this high price they made you wait as if you were at a holiday inn for tour groups? doesnt feel exclusive at all

thank you for the review. I agree that $800 is too expensive for this hotel, and I still have to pay for eggs...Will look at W Osaka or St Regis.
Maybe the rates will go down over time - at that rate, I’d also go with eggs and the St. Regis 😁
