I think part of what can make a great playoff series is from a blowout (or two at most) for the sake of variety. When one team (especially both) holds the other team down even for one game that shows what they’re capable of but then you have 4 or 5 close games, that’s a perfect formula for an all-time great playoff series.

Of course there’s many others that come close (1970, 1988, 2010, 2011, 2021) and you can absolutely pick multiple other Jordan finals as your choice, 97 is just my pick.
