SHINee [pronounced like ‘Shiny’ with long ‘e’ sound] a South Korean male kpop group with the remaining four members. They debuted May 25 2008 with five members under S.M Entertainment, one of the biggest most prestiges talent agencies in South Korea. Sadly, unforeseen tragedy hit SHINee and kpop community on Dec 18 2017 when we lost our beloved Kim Jong-Hyun RIP. It’s been 12 years now since they made their debut who became inspirational legends in the Kpop world for generations who are the blueprint of live performances and vintage concepts along with having the most unique vocals in the industry that may have lost a unplaceable soul physically but Jonghyun presence & memory still lives through all four remaining members and throughout the Kpop communities.
*The group is officially on temporary hiatus until all the members have completed their military service; the first member to enlist was JinKi (Onew) the leader, Kibum (Key) and next to last Minho. As far as I know Korea is the only country that have their own aging system instead of using just the internationally one; when koreans are born they’re automatically one years old by adding a year to their age making themselves older than most. *My biases are Jonghyun and Taemin but I love & support the whole group.*
