Is it possible to install RX Module to Swing 2023 ?If so, where can I buy the module?
The RX chip cannot currently be retrofitted. We do not yet know whether this will change in the future

What happens to the automatiq when the battery dies? Can one still ride it?
If the motor assistance is switched off due to an empty battery, there is still a reserve of energy for lighting and gear shifting. Only when this is also used up it is not longer possible to shift gears.
