I really loved your video! I understood that you are very interested in building constructions . The buildings in Athens even the old ones are according to the rules set by the ministry are durable (they survived very strong earthquakes) but in the later years the rules are even more strict. Some of the abandoned constructions that you showed are probably illegal and the officials prohibited their construction.
The architecture of the Cyclades islands are all the same. No permit is given for construction if the style of the building is different . Must be white with windows and doors usually in shades of blue.
Athens has also a great riviera,the coastline is beautiful,many beaches,many hotels,plenty of food places.
