The honey wud be at least 1/4-1/2 cup, or more to taste. 3. Probably, but the nutrition profile will be different. In the past, donkey hide gelatin was probs more available. 4. It's a traditional tool used to roll balls of medicine/herbs back when machinery was nonexistent.
