Its very hard to learn this but there are few practices could help, possession game in a very tight space, ball has to be on the ground. Or a mini game 6 v 6 or 7 v 7 but ball has to start from your goalkeeper 2 touches max and every player in a team has to touch the ball before a team can score.

No problem I am glad you enjoyed! I am gonna make a long passing specific video within next few weeks. I dont know if I can explain it here but when you are kicking the ball with the top of your foot, as your foot connects with the ball, try to connect your foot to the ball not to a certain spot like almost slide your foot on the ball from middle part of the ball to bottom which should give back spin. I dont know if I could explain. 🤣
