Was this bottle sent to you by Roja? Not that I'd dismiss this review if it was, but you really should mention it. Not mentioned in the video but I know this house does freebie bottles on youtube a lot.
That really should always be mentioned, if so, for transparency. If one waxes poetic about how good something is and doesn't disclose that it was provided for free from the company, they lose credibility.
I've owned it for a few day's and wore it before selling my bottle " it's not worth 345.00 dollar's! If you already own in my opinion classic power house men's fragrance or some of the more modern interpretation of the classic leather men's fragrance you definitely don't need apex! Starts off a bit fruity for a minute or 2 then immediately jumps into the leather, oakmoss spicy fragrance " I wouldn't fall into a lot of these reviews on this particular fragrance I definitely suggest to sample first!!!!!
Hey Frank, absolutely - that's why I never tell people to buy it blindly! I think this warrants a try and like you said, if you already have similar powerhouse leather/mossy scents this might be a redundant purchase especially considering the high price point - Well said!
I got it 3 days ago. Wore it everyday and don’t like it. It does not even stay on me for long. I love Roja Perfumes and have most perfume he has made. Unfortunately I give it 5 out of 10.
I got a decant.. maybe let it macerate a bit because I get great longevity coming from my sample. I really like it but get wafts of a green Sauvage Elixir with it.

This remind me of the classic colors of benetton for man, the edt. Man do I miss that perfume so sad it’s discontinued, but this apex is pretty close to the smell
Glad i have both of them Tom Ford you Mentioned Italian Cypress Moss Breches i do love them like you do Max! I have 50 ml of Cypress and about 60 ml of Breches meaning Moss Breches! I really savor them!
Moss Breches! Max have you tried Chypre Supreme? Dua's take on that discontinued fragrance. Get so many compliments, the funniest being I smelled like a masculine candle ( she didn't know at first the smell was me). Why they discontinued that is beyond me.
I love how this has and OG feel and flame, but for the price I'll stick to Antaeus...at least until Chanel reformulates it, and DUA makes a good alternative to Italian Cypress. Still, I'll have to add it to my to-sniff-list when I get out this Spring some sniffin'. Enjoyed and Cheers!

Roja is the new creed. They’ve stepped up and took over the big dog spot. His fragrances are truly works of art.
They really are - and you're right Roja's fragrances have that appeal, especially some of the latest ones!
I find they're cheapening the brand throughout the years.

maybe something in the vein of Pierre Cardin Pour Monsieur, however moss breches had a bees wax note that was just so special!

I love itallian cyprus by tom ford. It was discontinued, so maybe I will turn this way.

So this smells to me like 40% Versace Dylan Blue/60% Santos De Cartier
This stuff gets a lot of compliments better blended than cypress but I get the comparisons
I love how it smells, but unfortunately I can’t smell all that you smell in it because I go blind to it so quickly.
