Sure Jacob. For that you would need to group all the circular arrows and apply SPIN animation. Spin animation does have the options to spin clockwise and anti-clockwise.

Sorry for confusion, I am asking if you can orient the arrows to point in the opposite direction. Right now the animation has the arrows pointing in the clockwise direction. I need another the arrow to point the other direction

Sure you can flip it in the other direction too - by grouping all the circular arrows, and then using Format > Rotate > Flip Horizontal. Hope that answers the question you had.

You didn't make it clear how to add arrows. You clicked the box but I don't see an option to add the extra segments. Can you please explain how to add the segments.

Hi Kelli, Pressing enter in the Text Box attached to the SmartArt shape adds more segments automatically.
