The girls in my martial arts club are much smaller than me and I am always be careful because they get hurt easy but I wouldn't know how to handle this girl she would knock me out, but I would still have to overcome the mental barrier. I am low rank so I suppose you just take it easy at first and build it up from there. I would enjoy doing this sort of training.
