hi, this is such a cute idea ! I had a coupl thoughts about glue .. gorilla glue makes a clear glue ( it's one that's safe on foam) they say that if gluing non-porus items, wet one side a lil with water .. I recently tried and it held plastic to plastic pretty great. I've used finger nail glue before on plastics and it kind of melts the plastic together then it hardens. I've also seen where baking soda can be sprinkled on superglue to make it crazy hard .. I don't know if any of these may work , but thought I'd mention them
@@WildlyWonderfulCrafts yeah it's hard to say because the compositions of plastics are probably different, I know i had luck using the clear liquid gorilla glue to glue a plastic fluff container inside a plastic jack o lantern treat pain and gluing mooala almond milk bottled together to make big candies. I did lightly sand them and the use the water on one side as recommended
You could practice the velcro on a scrap piece of plastic and see if it works. If it does then I would use it. I never realized how hard it was to bond plastic to plastic until I made this craft.
I haven’t even watched the whole thing and right away im like “oooh thats so creative” 🙌🏻
Thank You

I have used the gorilla glue super glue, and also bought a special pva glue and neither work. Mess around with glues to see what works for you.
Thanks for helpful information.

@@amilan409 Thats wonderful, it seems gluing shiny plastic to shiny plastic has it's challenges. Thank you for the tip.
Could you use velcro where you put the pieces of sandpaper???
