Have been using the Tribit XSound Go 16W speaker for over an year. It was good initially, but despite using it properly (no drops or rough use) the internal volume level controller conked off in 7-8 months, so I can only control volume level thru the connected device, i.e. my phone or laptop. Noticed that since that time the max volume level from the speaker has dropped considerably and doesn't feel like a 16W speaker at all. The biggest drawback of the Tribit speaker is that it has no service centre in India as it has no presence in India. It is sold exclusively thru Amazon India website (though it is listed on Flipkart etc. too but always out of stock) and Amazon doesn't provide after-sales service for this product. So, if it starts malfunctioning, like in my case, you have to get it fixed thru some local electronics repair guys who may not be able to fix it if parts not available. So, I have decided not to buy any Tribit product hereafter. Bought the Sony SRS-XB33 which is expensive but worth the price for the quality of sound / music if offers. It also has 24 hour playtime like the Tribit XSound Go speaker. If on a tight budger, better to buy Indian brand products like Zebronics or Boat even though these also are made in China. At least they have service centers in India.

@@harishv21 I had to dump mine within a year, as Tribit has no service support in India. Use Xiaomi 16W speaker which is better

Tribit felt like it has more bass when I heard it on headphones
Edit 2: Amazing Speaker, Tribit, just go for it, satisfying still after 6 months. XSound Go and Maxsound Plus are very similar sounding, this one with less bass than the plus version, still decent amount.
Edit after 6 months: I felt the bass level because I heard it on the Skullcandy Crusher ANC, this headphone vibrates to audio, depends on how much more or less bass the audio content has.

It does have more bass, just not in too much low-bass songs, it’s similar to Marshall and Apple HomePods, keep it near backed to a wall, Bass reverbs more and sounds well, while HomePods, Marshall and Sonos senses room and wall to reverb more
Oh I did buy it after trying, testing and returning Tribit XSound Go, Tribit StormBox and then kept the Maxsound Plus, it’s just good for its price, clean and have immersive bass, not that boomy one like with the StormBox but StormBox did have amazing levels of 360 audio

As of today according to this video, BOAT 650 is the only speaker under 1500 , as of today 1499, at online stores in india. So with price being a factor, It may have no competition yet , maybe unless the management reviews the speakers under 2000 again , at this stage.
And this goes without saying that your way of review is different and professional , if allowed , add the price factor as well . It might close down the decision making process very much faster.

Boat speaker points to keep in mind:
7hours is claimed but works only for 3 to 4 hours at 70 to 90% volume.
Speaks a lot - alot. Even battery low indication is by speaking.
No battery indicator for knowing what charge it is at.
I used it for past 2 years - really good for 1.5k but the voice feedback sucks & battery low notification is not a beep but by a voice feedback & keeps repeating every 10 seconds so very annoying.
Also it has previous & next button which was the main buying point for me. As I hear a lot of songs & don't like to use phone every now and then

The sound clarity of tribit speaker was really good. But as i have heard all of them personally also, in my opinion also the bass performance was surely less compared to others.
