The Noble Qur'an warns us from blindly following evil leaders, read these 2 Qur'anic verses, and below it you can read the tafsir of Ibn Kathir (rah): 34/31 Those who were oppressed will say to those who were arrogant, "If not for you, we would have been believers." 34/32 Those who were arrogant will say to those who were oppressed, "Did we avert you from guidance after it had come to you? Rather, you were criminals." Allah tells us about the excessive wrongdoing and stubbornness of the disbelievers, and their insistence on not believing in the Holy Qur'an and what it tells them about the Resurrection. Allah says: (And those who disbelieve say: "We believe not in this Qur'an nor in that which was before it.'') Allah threatens them and warns them of the humiliating position they will be in before Him, arguing and disputing with one another: (how they will cast the (blaming) word one to another! Those who were deemed weak) this refers to the followers -- to those who were arrogant -- this refers to the leaders and masters -- (Had it not been for you, we should certainly have been believers!) meaning, `if you had not stopped us, we would have followed the Messengers and believed in what they brought.' Their leaders and masters, those who were arrogant, will say to them: (Did we keep you back from guidance after it had come to you) meaning, `we did nothing more to you than to call you, and you followed us without any evidence or proof, and you went against the evidence and proof which the Messengers brought because of your own desires; it was your own choice.'

The only thing I find a bit inconsiderate is labeling Hanbali-Salafi Shuyukh like al-Fawzan as "grand-master", al-Fawzan views public-critique of 'umara as haram thus he avoids speaking on the topic altogether - but I do agree that Shaykh Fawzan can generally critique the so-called "reforms" without referring to the 'umara like renowned Salafi Shaykh Muhaddith 'Abd al-Muhsin al-Abbad has done. Nonetheless, I believe that calling al-Fawzan as "grand-master" isn't right at all. You see all the Muslim 'ulama of Pakistan talk of "Jihad" and its "obligation" when it comes to India and apparently the Pakistani army is doing "Jihad" in Kashmir but when it comes to China all the major Pakistani 'ulama from all the sects are literally mum over China and its demolition of Islam and torture of Muslims in China! Why no to "Jihad" in China? I do agree that Indian Muslims are oppressed in India (thanks to most Hindus becoming 'revivalist/religious Hindus' and secularists alike jumping the bandwagon of Islamophobia) but they are faring way much better than their counterparts in China, so why don't the Pakistani 'ulama talk of Jihad against China? I'm sure that you won't be calling Taqi Uthmani a "grand-master" for his silence on the demolition of Islam in China. Maybe shaykh fawzan is under duress or afraid, i support you achi, but have some mercy on him. You can’t even criticise respectfully for the sake of Allah over there without being thrown in prison. The Noble Qur'an warns us from blindly following evil leaders, read these 2 Qur'anic verses, and below it you can read the tafsir of Ibn Kathir (rah):
34/31 Those who were oppressed will say to those who were arrogant, "If not for you, we would have been believers."
34/32 Those who were arrogant will say to those who were oppressed, "Did we avert you from guidance after it had come to you? Rather, you were criminals."
Allah tells us about the excessive wrongdoing and stubbornness of the disbelievers, and their insistence on not believing in the Holy Qur'an and what it tells them about the Resurrection. Allah says:
(And those who disbelieve say: "We believe not in this Qur'an nor in that which was before it.'') Allah threatens them and warns them of the humiliating position they will be in before Him, arguing and disputing with one another:
(how they will cast the (blaming) word one to another! Those who were deemed weak) this refers to the followers --
to those who were arrogant -- this refers to the leaders and masters --
(Had it not been for you, we should certainly have been believers!) meaning, `if you had not stopped us, we would have followed the Messengers and believed in what they brought.' Their leaders and masters, those who were arrogant, will say to them:
(Did we keep you back from guidance after it had come to you) meaning, `we did nothing more to you than to call you, and you followed us without any evidence or proof, and you went against the evidence and proof which the Messengers brought because of your own desires; it was your own choice.'

So I say we should treat them as what they are, criminals, if they do not change their ways after we have given them so many evidences, then we know they are just criminals trying to destroy Islam from within.

The only thing I find a bit inconsiderate is labeling Hanbali-Salafi Shuyukh like al-Fawzan as "grand-master", al-Fawzan views public-critique of 'umara as haram thus he avoids speaking on the topic altogether - but I do agree that Shaykh Fawzan can generally critique the so-called "reforms" without referring to the 'umara like renowned Salafi Shaykh Muhaddith 'Abd al-Muhsin al-Abbad has done. Nonetheless, I believe that calling al-Fawzan as "grand-master" isn't right at all.
You see all the Muslim 'ulama of Pakistan talk of "Jihad" and its "obligation" when it comes to India and apparently the Pakistani army is doing "Jihad" in Kashmir but when it comes to China all the major Pakistani 'ulama from all the sects are literally mum over China and its demolition of Islam and torture of Muslims in China! Why no to "Jihad" in China? I do agree that Indian Muslims are oppressed in India (thanks to most Hindus becoming 'revivalist/religious Hindus' and secularists alike jumping the bandwagon of Islamophobia) but they are faring way much better than their counterparts in China, so why don't the Pakistani 'ulama talk of Jihad against China? I'm sure that you won't be calling Taqi Uthmani a "grand-master" for his silence on the demolition of Islam in China. I personally think that Shuyukh who are silent on such things should be respected for we don't know what positions they hold, they may be in total agreement with us except that they are silent. As for those scholars who are supporting any sort of tyranny, I think that we should also be respectful towards them, we should critique them and expose them to the fullest but with due respect. Just an advice from your brother in Islam.

"Listen and Obey in difficulty and ease and in what you dislike and selfishness over you and if your wealth is eaten and your backs are beaten, except in a clear sin against Allah" (Ibn Hibban). أَنَّهُمْ كِلَابُ النَّارِ
❝They are the dogs of Hellfire.❞ I said: (Are) al-Azaariqah alone (the dogs of the Hellfire) or the whole of the Khawaarij? He said: ❝The whole of the Khawaarij. I (further) said: The ruler oppresses the people and does such-and-such to them. He said: ❝Give me your hand.❞ Then he grabbed by hand firmly and said: ❝Woe unto you O son of Jumhaan! Upon you is to stick to the Sawaad al-A`dham (the main group). If the ruler listens to you, then approach him in his house (i.e. in seclusion) and inform him (in private) of what you know. So if he listens to you (then it is good) otherwise leave him, for you are not more knowledgeable than him.❞

Imaam Ahmad reported: `Iyaadh Ibn Ghanm was whipping a person of a land which was conquered. So Hishaam Ibn Hakeem spoke harshly with him, until `Iyaadh became angry. Then Hishaam said to `Iyaadh: Have you not heard the Prophet صلى الله عليه وسلم saying:
