Well Lifening I like, But Gary said in one Interview Years ago during Promotion of Fallen Empires that Life-Ning was about him wanting to have KIDS of his own but he can’t now, it’s too Late, and Said that his sister now has children of her own. And That made Gary think that’s all he wanted to have in his life, And His father Was everything to him. And He’s also the Reason why Gary wrote Life-ning and About Home when he was away from it during the Recording of Fallen Empire Album which went on for 6 Months from January 12th to June of 2011. And I remember that as well. And Gary is a genius when it comes to writing new music for Snow Patrol. And Plus Chocolate was also about Love, but about the time in which Gary Cheated on his Ex Girlfriend who I believe was his first LOVE. Due to alcohol abuse and She was the Final straw in the coffin which resulted In Snow Patrol cresting Final Straw. And Run was about the future of the Band and the FUTURE of his family as well. And Chasing Cars was about Him being away from His Dad for a Short time! And like he was chasing cars to get to him and he couldn’t.
