I twice witnessed the snatching of valuables from pedestrians at different locations in Juba. In one incident, the perpetrators successfully fled right in front of an armed policeman, who was less than two feet away, and he didn't even bother to warn them to stop or fire a warning shot.
Have you tried Sunday buffet brunch at Pyramids? Its my favorite
