I downloaded the wisehome app and it is in Ukrainian language, you can't change the language, but I can't register in it either. It's rubbish I need to pair my cell phone with the lock.

Find ID of the that you want to delete by unlocking the lock with that pin ex. * # PIN # ID will be shown on front LCD for few seconds, note that. 6. Login using new pin * # new pin # 7. Go to Delete user then enter ID ex. 001 than #
I have a very important question. In this lock is it possible to unlock the door using the App without someone ringing the bell? I mean by opening the app and through a live view or something?
What is outer panel depth? as there is safety door and gap between main and safety door is less. Thanks

DL04F doesn't have this on demand unlocking, DFLv2, DFLv5 and DFLv6 got that feature to see video and unlock without doorbell press.
