yes 26th is last date..may be ayush not printed ( BUT AT TOP IT IS MENTIONED NA MEDICAL,DENTAL AND AYUSH)

10 th MarkSheet, 12 MarkSheet, kcet application paid receipt, choice entry screen shot, paid challan, adhaar card, annex1 and annex 9. You can make it in xerox shops near KEA.. they will charge bit more...they can notary attestation also..just matter of few hundred more
Keep extra copies of attested documents..college will ask some...also some colleges ask self photos, parent photos parent pan card,...
Also RGUHS certificate if from non Karnataka education board. But college will give u time

yes....only medical..26th is last date as of now

yes candidate who get dental seat can participate in mop up round.
