For pricing definitely check out some other businesses in your product category and see maybe how they price things, also factor in your own manufacturing costs + labour fees if it’s handmade!! New product launches are usually different amongst all businesses but for me I try and do a monthly drop of new designs/ products to keep new things circulating constantly!
