      It is compost. It will break down and turn into nutrient rich soil for your garden.

      @@Quest4TruthUSA Not sure, first time trying it. If you can get it to heat up probably be about 3 months But I have some big earthworms in there so I'll let it stay cold and be 6 to 8 months

      Hey Bob, so the pipe has multiple holes drilled in it. You can poor water in it and it will disperse through the whole pile. It also allows more are through out the pile.

      Just straw and chicken manure. add water to keep it moist I have been throwing some greens on there like grass and weeds I have pulled. Nothing fancy.
