30 Day House Makeover: George-ing the Cherry Tree, New Railings, Finished Basement! (Days 17-20)

We almost got an offer before we finished the project. Alas, as these things often go, it didn't pan out. So we're intrepidly forging ahead. Finished the basement, got some sweet railings on the front porch and back deck, and even went George Washington on the cherry tree. Meanwhile, I had to moonlight on the weekends with a little casketry.

Great video again - I think the cherry tree will make it - my wife butchered ours last year and lots of new sprouts came in and next year should have lots of flowers. I guess you are a house flipper? You are good at it. Thanks for the basement and the SDS hammer drill videos as well.
