It depends on the size of the house, if its small then they skip the utility room. On the contrary, i have never seen such rooms in the middle east, as I’m currently in Qatar and have lived in the UAE as well but have never come across the utility/ laundry room, which is weird. Like they provide such big villas but the washer is in the kitchen🙄🙄
Yes uk have laundry room as you said we call them utility room but still depends on the size of an house if the house is not big enough they don’t have utility room yet they have laundry washing machines and dryer fittet inside kitchen. (Uk)

It depends on which part of Australia you are in, most newer homes esp built over last decade or so do have central heating in colder southern parts of Australia however central heating is less common as you travel towards northern and more tropical climate.
