David Goggins is a beast!!! Navy seal,top Army and top Air Force only one in history to earn this. He helped me get through some tuff times but at the end it all goes back to HaShem! No matter what peptalk help nothing like Torah.
Thank you for such a great video!! For my own personal experience/journey I've discovered the more I'm able to get myself free of my self the more amazing insights and understandings I have gained. And if I come up against a road block I will ask myself to show me the truth. And than I stay mindful and when the truth is shown it is such a rush. This has kept me free from so much unnecessary fear. This has given me so much understanding about myself and there in lays my freedom.
That's too self involved for me. I ask G-d where He wants me Sometimes it hasn't been the answer I wanted. I learned a long time ago not to "fight" it - Him. After all, none of this is about me. It's about G-d.

I read Goggins’ first book. A truly remarkable pull-yourself-by-your-bootstraps story. Great role model for those who hide behind their circumstances.
