Booking and Payment Plans

1. Customers are forced to make a booking during site visits
2. Customers have to Pay 50% of the total Cost within 50 days of booking.
3. 90% of the payments are collected in the first year only.
4. Delay Charges are put on the customers if any payment is not paid.
5. Next 3 years there won't be much Progress , you will be left in the dark.
6. At the time of Handover Delay Charges with interest is put on the final demand.
