  • Make healthy strawberry jam yourself without sugar. Low in calories from just 3 ingredients. Vegan and without gelatine. The perfect idea for your breakfast. It's very easy and quick to prepare. Whether on bread or straight from the jar, this jam is a real treat. It consists almost exclusively of strawberries and is therefore very healthy. I wish you a lot of fun trying it and a good appetite :)
    Preparation: Sugar-free strawberry jam made from only 3 ingredients
    250g strawberries
    1.5 tablespoons chia seeds
    2 tablespoons date syrup (natural sweetness)
    alternative sweetener
    Thaw frozen strawberries or use fresh ones. Mash the strawberries with a fork (if you don't like chunks in the jam, you can use a blender/hand blender). Put in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Remove from the heat and stir in the chia seeds and the date syrup (alternatively honey, maple syrup, agave syrup, etc.). Sweetener can also be used here to replace the sugar. Pour the mixture into a glass rinsed with hot water and place in the refrigerator. This makes everything a little tighter. After about an hour the jam will be firm and you can enjoy it.
