I'll be honest. The only reason I keep coming back to this channel is to watch Ludo speak English!!! Addicting! Some one said recipes... What recipes?!
Tanax13 that’s news to me. I’ve never eaten a burger with a fork and knife. I’ve never seen any friends or family use a fork and knife. I feel the fact that it’s between two slices of bread (bun) it is purposefully made to eat with your hands. If it was open faced I’m all for it. We weren’t discussing it but if fries are covered in a sauce I’m all for using a fork. Maybe it’s a regional thing?
He needs his own show.. love listening to him and watching him cook
looks like a doofus, seasoned one side of the meat and can't work a lighter? totally cringe.
GRACE!
First, chef!
I'm sure he is overdoing his French accent.

If I have to pick my last meal, this is it.Chouette!
why would you choose under-seasoned meat, bread toasted with butter that had exceeded smoke point, and a weak flambe?
It’s French to eat a burger with fork and knife? Burgers are meant to be eaten with your hands.
Fast food burgers, yes. A really great burger requires fork and knife.
