Can’t wait for them to release Scorpia, Octavia, Entrapta (hoping they make her a little less rebellion girly colours, and more Horde killer colours), and of course, Force Captain Adora.

Great review and love the channel! My biggest issue, even more than the color was his lack of size & no grasping hands. I generally don't really care too much about scale but when it's as noticeable a difference with the rest of the line like Leech is... Glad you enjoyed him more than I did! Really looking forward to those amazing looking Horde Troopers!

Regarding his size, I do believe I am recalling correctly that in the Filmation series (which this subline seems at least partially inspired by) Leech is a bit shorter than a lot of characters.. like Catra for instance.. and a lot different from the monstrous NECA staction 200X Leech statue for instance. But I do love him. Sorry it wasn't the same for you... but yes! I can't wait for those Horde Troopers as well! 🙂
I don't have any problem with the light green skin, can't say i had the original toy to feel that problem and i will admit i do like this color scheme a bit better than the cartoon one, this makes sense for me, an absolute must get for me.
This is a good and cool fig ,i had to pick up 3 of him ,and the new hordak is really good looking figure,but the sub line is awesome and hope they keep making the figures for it
I had the OG Leech figure as a kid, so I've been waiting for him to appear in Masterverse. The figure looks awesome so I am keen to get him in my collection ASAP. I don't think I ever watched She-Ra back in the day but I already have this version preordered.

now this figure is everything a leech appreciater could hope for ! 😄 i actually prefer this figure over last week's revolution hordak and it's a made the list of my favorite figures of 2024 (and i haven't even bought it yet !😅) i'm actually fine w/ leeche's lighter skin tone here as i feel some cosmetic changes are to be expected when a character goes from vintage to masterverse. i love that his suction pads are webbed hands/feet, i love the addition of the bumps/teeth on the ends of the pads, just little things like that, those sort of anatomically logical additions to the character design, i like. it just makes the figure cooler, like leech is this amphibious creature. he's even got teeth on his tongue! so that would explain how he's able to absorb w/ his mouth w/o mattel having to give him another head or an alternative mouthpiece (although to have that too would've been cool ngl 😂) and ofc, any figure w/ THIS much posability is gonna be a gold medal figure for me. i rlly love this guy AND ur wonderful review, aj. ~ thanks again ♡
I wasn't gonna get him but now that I know those hideous shoulder pads come off I'm tempted. He's still at the bottom of the list though as he doesn't have any nostalgia factor due to not resembling the original toy. Still haven't got Grizzlor cos his shape is so different to the retro one and I prefer that figure to this one.
I totally get that. This Leech is more inspired by its Filmation counterpart than the vintage toy, which doesn't work for everyone. (He sported that shoulder armor in the Filmation series for instance). Thanks for checking in!
Oh I totally get that. There have been a few figures like Revolution Horde Skeletor where an incorrect paint color (that one being Skeletor's skin) still gets under my skin to this day. 😄 I do wonder why some bother me than others... 🤔
I am actually okay with it. It may be because I am a Filmation fan and in the She-Ra Filmation series, Leech is *slightly* shorter than many others in the Horde. I guess Leech is kind of like the Filmation Ram Man who was also shorter than most of the Heroic Warriors (but to a more severe degree than Leech). But with that said I do understand when other fans have a problem with Leech's lack of size, or prefer him larger, especially if they were fans or grew up with other incarnations like the NECA 200X Stactions Leech. That version is quite monstrous and cool. 🙂

I was excited for this guy, but he is smaller than I what I would have liked.
It may be due to his smaller stature in the 1985 Filmation She-Ra cartoon.
We were all waiting for Leech from Revolution series, not that shit.
