Welcome back to a few days in the life vlog. Got some big life changes coming up with a cross country move, so I have been spending my days packing and organizing for our future move. I also threw in a few workouts including a quick and simple ab workout.

Congratulations on your new adventure. It is never easy to leave your comfort zone and start all over. But I think you are doing the right thing. Moving to be close to family is important. Life is so short and every second we spend with loved ones is a treasure. You will be fine probably miss California for a bit, but having your family close will compensate and you will be very happy. I just recently hurt my back too (or so I thought) I was in agony for a few weeks and my stupid Dr. didn’t check me for a UTI. I didn’t have the normal symptoms that come with a uti, such as cramping, urgency & frequency w/urinating. I had to beg for a urine screening and just as I thought🙄

Although I don't wish this upon anyone, I didn't start seeing a chiropractor till 30, every now and then I pick up something wrong or not stretching b4 wrkouts. Welcome 2 30 😮 so the timing seems about right, just remember proper body mechanics, even when picking up ur Lil munchkin
