Today we're gonna build the EASIEST GOLD farm! It produces a lot of XP and gold! You only need a few items. I hope you guys enjoy it!
Welcome to this Gold XP Farm tutorial in Minecraft 1.20! In this step-by-step guide, you'll learn how to construct a highly efficient but very easy to make gold / xp farm that allows you to quickly gather tons of XP and Gold from zombified piglins in Minecraft. You can build this in minecraft Survival!

when they pass from the nether portal in the own nether they dont go to the overworld, who do I solve this?

Very good gold farm, good for xp as well, if u are building this farm, make a nether portal link on the nether roof to ur base for easy access.

it's a huge project but in 5 minutes of being afk gives you 100 xp as I made the old farm in 3 of my worlds

Yeh this is really good.
One thing I decided to do is on the bottom ring of the cage is change it to a more sturdy block, I found that on random occasions I accidentally broke the glass with my sword on the opposite end of where I was standing, all the babies broke free and attacked me. To prevent that, when swinging aim ur sword at a different block. Im using wood and that should stop it breaking

Btw if anyone wants to upgrade the farm I would recommend building down 20 blocks (so that the piglins are on half a heart, or building down 22 blocks so the piglins die instantly; the farm would then be just a gold farm) and placing hoppers at the bottom so there are not so many items. You could even make an autosorter for it which is something I plan on doing soon :D.

It should be noted that if you build 20 blocks lower, the spawn rates are severely decreased as you're adding a 20 blocks of spawn locations down below the nether roof. The player needs to stand up near the portals to limit where the zombie piglins can spawn, keeping the rates high. If you have them drop 20 blocks, you can't stand near them or attack them. A 22 block drop still works if you add hoppers, though.
The piglins won't spawn in the 32x32 area

*MULTIPLAYER ADVICE*
- If you are in realms, this does not work if you have people in the game with you. When the realm has only you in it is only when it is effective. so if you need to farm make sure the realm is empty or tell your friends to quit for a couple minutes.

@@jasonsunderland1726 There's only so many hostile mobs that can spawn at once, so if you have multiple people on in different areas, there's going to be less mobs in your farm
How about a regular Ip server?
@@Biluseu Not entire sure what you mean by an "Ip server" but generally this is the case for any server and even Singleplayer.
I believe the cap for mobs spawning in active chunks is ~70 total, so if even a fraction of those exist somewhere else in a loaded chunk, it'll decrease your efficiency. People sometimes make Mob Switches that they can use to completely stop hostiles from spawning in your current chunk by basically pushing ~70 mobs into the spawn chunk

WORKS ON SERVERS - have one person afk at the bridge in overworld and one at the spawned
I built mine the zombie piglins went into the portal but didnt come out the other side to the over world tunnel and not into the killing part how do i fix this pls help (version 1.20.1 btw)
Could be an issue with linking. Make sure that the y levels are correct and make sure that nothing went through the portal early before you had a chance to link them

Can you use a chunk generator to make this farm work in a multiplayer world?

Nice guide, however my problem is that no matter how often I recalculate the coords, I can't seem to manage putting a portal to the nether anywhere close by without ending up breaking the portal to the farm itself, somewhere with all those portals some automatic connection must've gone wrong or OP messed up with the guide somewhere, so eventually any portal close by crashes the system of the farm, which is SUPER annoying and cost me hours by now.
Hey ive got the same problem.. the connection is just not there, everytime i try to reenter the nether from the bridge it spawns a new portal randomly. Could you tell me, how did you fix it? :)
Try checking out the original tutorial
@@TobilixAchilix Write down the coords of the 2nd portal (multiply by 8) and see if you build the 2nd Overworld portal in the air in the right direction.
watch out for half blocks (or 0.5 coordinates) those are the downfall of all planning

I spent 2 days creating the farm step by step for it to not work at all for some reasons ,like there is no piglins getting out of the portal. If anyone has some tips , I would be glad!

@@pixelgames554 1 reason is that you are in multiplayer and the players are on server. You need to be alone on server
Same, and I'm not in a multiplayer server.
It works for me did you go through the portal when mining out the areas for the turtle egg
the portals above the nether ceiling wont link to the portals in the overworld, same thing with the piglin nether portal

Note for Multiplayer:
- The piglins will despawn when no one is near in either the coordinates of both overworld and nether, so better have someone afk in the overworld portals, and one farming in the nether.

I just built this gold farm, and the fact that I don't have to collect thousands of magma blocks first (meaning I don't need to build a magma cube farm) means I can getting zombie villager discounts even sooner. Single emerald enchanted books, here I come!
why would you make a magmacube farm when you can just mine it lmao

If your farm DOESN'T WORK make sure that you've broken the portal that you entered in to go to the overworld, so piglins wont go to it
what if i went in that portal back xd and than i break it when i was going second time?
@@legyy_8209 you'll most likely have to repair that portal and then go through it so that you are in the Overworld and then destroy THAT one instead then find your coordinates like it says in the video. atleast thats what i did and it works as good as it is in the video.

if possible can you make a bedrock edition of the farm?
you can try building it the same way except you cant build in the ceiling above layer 127 in bedrock. you could probably build the second part of it a little bit further away and see if that works im not sure i play on java so yeah.
this farm is insanely helpfull you can get massive amounts of xp so fast
Using Magmablock as the Floor helps a bit for the farm, works really great even though its so easy to build!

But you will kinds need to make this farm far from your portal as finding a 4 chunk nether wasted is a bit hard
The upside is that you dont need to build most of the farm you just mine
tbf that's pretty relative, i built mine just 100 blocks away from spawn, so you just have to get lucky with the seed
Just get on the roof first, and find a Wastes Biome up there.
Pretty easy if you play in "large biomes" seeds.

Also, highly recommend building this after obtaining a pair of elytra, or else there is a high chance of falling and dying, especially in hardcore.
you can make railings out of glass or slabs, but yeah, i fell of but didnt have to worry cuz i had an elytra but if you dont i should make railings (also, putting your enchanting table at the farm with some slabs to spawn proof it is really usefull)
you can also use totems
@@toppat_sans Pretty sure you get eltyra before building a raid farm as well. I died making the raid farm once but it wasn't hardcore. But I have totems in my survival world because I'm just too afraid to beat the dragon. It's my first time.

if you nether waste biome is far from spawn, make another portal close to your overworld portal so that you can travel through nether till your farm portal
Good farm,im speak spanish but is very simple :) i place a golem back to portal with slabs for more efficienty,and the farm is nice alone in the server,with more players no generate
It took a while for it to work and I had to run through the farm but now it works stupidly fast!
when i saw how many came out at the end of the video I was like thats so fake, then I finished the farm and it is actually that good thank you so much!!!
If you follow this guides suggestion to turn off mob griefing make sure to re-enable it when you are done building! I'm kind of a newbie and didn't realize that was necessary for the farm to actually work!

Dude from 20 minutes I got like one stack and a half of gold blocks. And from level 27 to level 82. Easily the best gold XP farm ever. You made another one where you could stay AFK and get XP but I think this is better. Its easier to make and you get a lot of gold from it

Just a headsup on multiplayer 2 peopl can be online!! all they gotta do is at your killing platform fly into the air about 20 blocks and land back down! (add some powdered snow) after that the farm will work when theres people!

If you want to automate this farm you can just add 2 powdered snow in the killing chamber with a sorter underneath and it works perfectly

@@ecxoz1723 angry piglins do. just hit one so they get angry then they will drop xp when they die
big tip, before going into the OW and re adjusting portals, build your collection system. fmd it worked instantly and all i can hear is them the entire time im building my system

I'll be honest i finished building this farm like an hour or so before this vid was posted
UPD: just found out that piglins turn into zombified piglings while on bridge in overworld (it's a minecraft mechanic)
Some tips for intellectually impaired:
MULTIPLAYER - 2 only options:
1) all of you are around slaughter area
2) players in overworld have to be around the bridge
3) no other options.
Follow the damn instructions.
This particular farm is only working on java.
Do not forget to activate mobgriefing.
Get more blocks for building up.
Works really well on my multiplayer server
