Me, 3 minutes in: "Okay, done, i think i can't add anything more."
A man with a giant sword brush
me:okey, it's a story time
him:rendering with it
lol
If these were the types of scenery in animated films, I’d be so mesmerized with each shot
klaus
have you watched arcane?
As an aspiring artist, I always watch your stuff. It's really inspiring.
I'm just so amazed by the rendering.
I love the light on the castle and the round clouds.

Awesome Jordan! It's great watching you work. Very inspiring. Although this technique is for advanced artists, It's cool to see what happens when you have the talent and you put a lot practice into it. Keep making these awesome videos! Happy Holidays.
Hi Jordan, firstly, amazing work. Secondly, can I kindly ask if you were looking at reference photos during this piece, or was it all from imagination?
does anyone know if there are similar brushes to these on the csp asset store?
The brushes I want them
Wow, and you made this without any references?
I just kept staring at the brush shape, i saw a swordsman and sniper or a guy with rocket launcher 😂
Sir can i download your shapes?
Hello may I know where to get those brush set?
How long it take you ?
What brushes do you use?
Does anyone know how can I get this specific colour wheel Jordan is using ? Can't find it however hard I try by myself...
I think it's painter's wheel...But I remember it somehow didn't work, but try it :D
What's your advice on painting structures, such as buildings, stairs, fences, just about anything man-made? I'm okay at painting the land and giving values to it, but not so much with buildings
Same, though I'm only just starting so I barely know how to do straight lines in photoshop
@@wilio9098 There should be a tool for making straight lines, I use Krita and I know there is. At the same time, I've been making straight lines for a while so I'm okay at it without tools, so just gotta practice and over time it'll be easier
@@OmnikTWR Soz for the late reply, but if you're having a hard time with perspective, Sketchup and Blender are both free, and allow you to build scenes with simple geometry. You can also add light sources which helps with complex lighting/values in cityscapes for example. You can export the scenes as jpeg/png and use it in PS as a basis for paintings with a lot of hard surface objects!
you have a brush that looks like a man holding a sword ? :D
Pros are painting with knights. Got it!
Which applications
Pointy Skyhold from Da:I
Hi sir.. Which brush are you using?
Could you teach us fundamentals of digital painting ?
If you view some more of his channel he’s got a few. I’m late to the party with this guy, but after seeing his landscape tutorial I feel that it helped me out a lot. He goes over some basic constructs of developing a piece as well as some tools and his process throughout. If it’s what your thinking of, I’d highly recommend it
@@SOLSTICES41 great! and also thanks for your suggestion.
Is there a trick to getting such straight vertical lines when you are drawing like at 15:46?
Yes, if you hold down SHIFT while using the Brush tool it should create a straight line :)
@@JordanGrimmer one of these days I’ll switch over to photoshop! The iPad is just so dang convenient for me at the moment
Which allocation
Sorry application
It's Photoshop
