It's been quite some time since we've taken a look at Draconia, After such a warm welcome by the community i couldn't help but give it a shot and see where things went. In Draconia, You can build your own dragon den, Craft items (I believe even torches to help you see at night) and much more! I'm very happy to see the community alive and well since my last visit and i can't wait to see where things progress in the coming years. If you're looking for an authentic feeling Dragon MMORPG Draconia is for sure the game you and your friends would enjoy playing. There's also a fairly dedicated Roleplay community, It's not something I've ever really taken part in but i did see A LOT during my time playing i just didn't highlight it as it's not to my style of playing the game, Hope to see you growing your own custom dragons soon!!
Hey there, I'm the one who was James Glowstrike, the silly coloured neon Wyvern who showed you where the 3 quest stones were, I'm happy to be of assistance! The potion bottles are actually lootable from barrels, burlap sacks, 'n whatnot. They're pretty useful as emergency hydration potions if you can't get to any water source in time since we don't have a waterskin that allows us to carry portable water with us. There's also a green one for hunger, though I usually just prefer handing out cooked meats or cucuris, (the latter are melons with flower petals on them that restore about 65% of hunger.) since the potion bottles don't appear in every barrel, crate, etc.
This video just randomly popped into my recommended, but I am so very glad it did. Loved dragons since I was a little kid. In my thirties now and that love hasn't dimmed one bit. With life taking up so much time between work and family this game and community just seems so wholesome I can't not give it a try. Will probably be a week or two before I can make the purchase and dive in, but if you guys see a dragon flying around by the name of "Vuuthadarr", that'd be me! Looking forward to meeting some of you soon.

On my end, I first learned about this game via a reblog on Tumblr back in 2017, but I forgot about it until late 2021, when a friend showed me the game, got it as a gift and I've been helping since. Little beginner's tip for ya, because this is a common mistake so many newcomers do: Make sure you stuff plenty of edibles in your inventory bag before venturing out of the starting area, be it edible plants or even meat. If you can't find a water source in time, drinking from the sea is a good choice, as there's no downside to that, yet. :) Folks may also gift you some food if you ask.
I been in this game since its release and since i joined 4 years ago we got Eastern dragons , drakes , Ka'dai and now the Werns It gets updated a lot and :D we even get remodels soon cause they show us all the animations , the models , the concept arts all on Discord so i can say it was a good invested money

I've been apart of this Game for quite a while, and I really loved watching it flower into a really good made game, even though its still in the alpha. I think this Game deserves way more attention, it's beautiful, well made, and actually a game where the developers are putting love and effort into, even though they didnt make much money off their kickstarter kampaign. Where Anthomnia said that the stuff from your inventory actually shows in the world, I immediately had Sand Pile flashback where players stacked Sand ontop of eachother lol The Community is defently the Blood of the Game, and I cant wait to see what the Devs are adding next! I've been playing on the North America 1 server a lot recently. It's actually a lot of fun. Also the best way to gain XP in this game is by killing crabs.

I agree that every winged dragon (specifically Wyverns, but others could as well) should be able to hover in every Dragon game (Draconia, and Day Of Dragons, to name a couple) to add an extra level of immersion and realism. It is easier to see potential prey below if you are stationary in the air.
LMAO 10:48 Anth found my old floating lair. It was once at ground level, and then a map upgrade changed the topography and my lair remained where i had placed it. XD
I'm keeping an eye on this! I will check it out again at full release! It has Mixed reviews right now! Hopefully it gets more love from the Devs & it turns into something awesome! I love the way it looks & I wish them the best in finishing their game!

Dear jenefer, the new dod update needs a lot of work. They have sooo many reason. Dod needs more time. The game lacks mechanics and basically it is boring currently
There are servers with PvP on (pretty much Survival) but since not a lot of people play the game yet those servers are empty, also the combat still needs some work

This game is shaping up quite nicely. Sadly my rx580 has a heart attack playing it now but im happy to see this game growing as a backer. And i think they have reduced the cost of the game now!
kind of reminds me of the game called "Day of Dragons" you literally start out as a hatchling. you have to search for food to stay alive and to grow. really cool game cant wait for it to be finished. its also pvp. there are many creatures to play as too.
To my knowledge, the only way to keep your loot safe is to have it on you or make a structure to store it in. it probably wouldn't have been an issue for you to take that stuff unless the person who put it there was close by and getting ready to move it. The barrels and sacks reset their loot on occasion so the items would have despawned eventually. Players who leave stuff in publicly accessible barrels are taking risks by doing that so do as much dragon crime as you want.
Reminds me of Path of Titans Dragon Edition. I can dig it. The questing system for a survival game forces you to get out and do things, rather than just hide and passive grow - I think it's better system, it forces player/social engagement, whether that be pve or pvp. Would be dope if they could get it running on all platforms similar to PoT. That's one thing PoT has over ALL survival games. With how many platforms the game runs on and it's all crossplay, the official servers are always full.
After Century: Age of Ashes and Day of Dragons I am SO excited to see how nicely this one is coming along. Fingers crossed that Draconia has the Funding, Developers, and Community to reach it's full potential
I should try this game again. I stopped for a while after one of the big updates that kind of broke everything and made it pretty much unplayable for a while. I knew it would eventually get fixed but it took a while and I inevitably got distracted by other games.
Would be nice if it could incorporate actual physics and flight mechanics to make movement fun. Air currents, gliding, momentum, needing to control your speed and momentum to land without crashing and take off. Needs that joy of movement added, that would be the main sell for me.
I would love to see an rpg Dragon survival game where you have to survive against other dragons, humans, and being captured by humans and at some point.
I wish i can play this game but i am using mobile which is average and also i am broke in money even though i born in a rich family because my father and grandfather was too honest and kind which made me lose my smile because everyone around me was greedy anyways love the video and draconia animation and details looks cool and detailed
i feel like it would of been a lot cooler if there was a dragon rider/breeder aspect. Where you are raising and feeding the dragons, building the bases and optimizing them for the dragons.
I'm glad I backed this. Got a little worried when I saw it's initial price but I am happy with what the team has done. Sadly my pc seems to struggle playing this game but thats the nature of the beast isn't it?
After seeing this game if I were to choose a dragon game I feel a bit torn between this and Day of Dragons which seems a bit more realistic I mean dragons crafting? 😂 and eating fried eggs rather than going hunting eating raw meat ? Way to anthropomorphize them 😂 - However as it stands right now I definitely love the customization this game has going for it that “Day of dragons” yet have not (from what I’ve seen)
If Century: Age of Ashes had a game like this with their dragons and mechanics it'd be peak, the current PvP game is pretty much unplayable but a mmorpg version would be great.

Wyverns are viewed by some as a type of dragon. Same for drakes, lindorms, etc. It's kinda like a species or category of dragonkind.

Actually, wyverns ARE dragons, they’re just a different TYPE of dragon. I mean, heck, the literal definition of wyvern is “dragon with two legs.”
Dragon with 2 legs and wings as forearms more specifically. There are other dragons with two legs.

DoD is a cluster of chaos and bad community lol this game is better as a stand alone as it is now, imo

I got myself to lvl 38 in one day by only killing those ai around . They spawn at beaches

The questing system for a survival game forces you to get out and do things, rather than just hide and passive grow - I think it's better system, it forces player/social engagement, whether that be pve or pvp.
Would be dope if they could get it running on all platforms similar to PoT. That's one thing PoT has over ALL survival games. With how many platforms the game runs on and it's all crossplay, the official servers are always full.

After Century: Age of Ashes and Day of Dragons I am SO excited to see how nicely this one is coming along. Fingers crossed that Draconia has the Funding, Developers, and Community to reach it's full potential

I should try this game again. I stopped for a while after one of the big updates that kind of broke everything and made it pretty much unplayable for a while. I knew it would eventually get fixed but it took a while and I inevitably got distracted by other games.
Would be nice if it could incorporate actual physics and flight mechanics to make movement fun. Air currents, gliding, momentum, needing to control your speed and momentum to land without crashing and take off. Needs that joy of movement added, that would be the main sell for me.

I would love to see an rpg Dragon survival game where you have to survive against other dragons, humans, and being captured by humans and at some point.
I wish i can play this game but i am using mobile which is average and also i am broke in money even though i born in a rich family because my father and grandfather was too honest and kind which made me lose my smile because everyone around me was greedy anyways love the video and draconia animation and details looks cool and detailed
i feel like it would of been a lot cooler if there was a dragon rider/breeder aspect. Where you are raising and feeding the dragons, building the bases and optimizing them for the dragons.
It would be good if their is human transformation as this would make sense for those houses or building stuff.
I'm glad I backed this. Got a little worried when I saw it's initial price but I am happy with what the team has done. Sadly my pc seems to struggle playing this game but thats the nature of the beast isn't it?

After seeing this game if I were to choose a dragon game I feel a bit torn between this and Day of Dragons which seems a bit more realistic I mean dragons crafting? 😂 and eating fried eggs rather than going hunting eating raw meat ? Way to anthropomorphize them 😂 - However as it stands right now I definitely love the customization this game has going for it that “Day of dragons” yet have not (from what I’ve seen)

If Century: Age of Ashes had a game like this with their dragons and mechanics it'd be peak, the current PvP game is pretty much unplayable but a mmorpg version would be great.
WYVERNS ARE DRAGONS.
They are a subspecies of pure bred dragons.
Example:
Tigers, cheetahs, lions, house cats. All felines.
Wyverns, Wyrms, Drakes, Longs, Europeans. All dragons.
