* balanced crankshaft, flywheel, pistons etc.
* Belarus 245 type engine block
* Belarus Czech Turbo (C-14-101-01), replaces the TKR-6, orignal turbo
* fuel system tuned to turbo and 2500 rpm
* Belarus factory intercooler (1025-1317100) with modifications (custom port welded)
* new Belarus type replaceable air filter (Donaldson G090219)
* hydraulic oil cooler and filter

If you want max reliability,you keep stock rpm and you get parts balanced.
You can balance pistons,conrods and more importantly ,lighten a bit conrods, by yourself.
The flywheel can be done on a tire machine,but the cranck require special equipment.
If you keep your engine naturally aspirated, you can easily improve it by porting the head.
Intake and exhaust port castings are not very good ,the air flow can be improved easily,
Matching intake plenum and exhaust manifold to the head will improve its efficiency too.
A better muffler also, from the appropriate displacement coming from a small truck ,or big car,or
Thanks for the comment. Porting is something I would like to try some day. Those engine parts are balanced in the shop where they balance race car engines. So it's all good, i hope.

the air filter is in a bad spot, it will suck all the dust from the front wheel. We had this same problem quite often when the filter was also in front of the wheel. Had to relocate the air filter hat next to the roof. Much better and healthier that way.
It's too bad, there is no room to fit the filter. So that was the place to put it. The air pipe has to go higher definitely.

Piston rod's are stronger and pistons in 90hp model, valve seats also.
Cylinder head, piston rods and pistons are all Turbo specification.
How changed it from 2200 to 2500 rpm??
injector pump has been modified and balanced with the injectors to get the higher rpm.

@@hrz4x4 Kui teine vänt siis mitte jah. Aga ühel tuttaval on uuem russ vana mootoriga lihtsalt tehas pole mõelnud ja on turbo peale pand ja vänt võll läheb suht sageli.
@@konigtiger312 Turbo vänt ja soovitan ära tasakaalustada koos hoorattaga. Meil oli siin juhtum, et väntvõll ja hooratas olid 400g tasakaalust väljas. Läks ka vänt pooleks.

They both have their advantages. The 5 speed gearbox is something different, I am not sure I like it much...

Still in engine break-in time.. Currently ca 34 km/h, with about 2/3 throttle...

Какой нш стоит
нш-50
без топливного насоса от двигателя Д245 это дорогая свистулька на глушитель!!! тем более так заморочившись с интеркулером, не найти денег на нормальный топливный насос это мягкого говоря глупо, потратить столько денег и не поменять главное, это я даже не знаю как называется...другое дело если вы в будущем планируете, то это еще можно как то осознать!
Топливный насос настроен на 245 настроек.
