Wow I just joined evangelism at my church this make sense at all.i have been fasting and praying for my husband to get saved. This really brought light
if u wan your family to be saved, evangelise outside your family first. because God is a debtor of no man. i realise this accidentally. i thought i could not find a job so i retired to tell people abt Jesus. at about 50 person mark, God gave me a stable job with good bosses. then at more than 100 person mark, most of my family accepted Jesus suddenly when i told them why they need Jesus. previously, they closed their ears.
This is profound ! It’s the same reason why professional counselors cannot counsel family members. Do you realize that children will respond positively to strangers more than they usually respond to their parents, even when their parents are telling them the same thing?
I recently read somewhere that Jack Ma, the CEO of Ali Express, said, you cannot sell to your own family, because no matter how precious something you give to them, they will always doubt and think you swindling them. They would rather pay more to strangers for low quality goods.
Acts 22 v14 - 21. Paul was to be Jesus's witness, but after a vision, the same Jesus tells him to flee from Jerusalem because the people there won't accept his testimony. Instead Jesus tells him to go far away to the gentiles. This shows me that it is God that appoints you to wherever and whomever He knows will accept you. But at the same time when Jesus sent the disciples out to witness to the people, he told them that whomever doesn't accept them, they are to leave that household, dust their feet, take their peace and leave. People are not always ready to accept when you speak to them, whether your family, or stranger. Most of us now Christians accepted when we were ready but I believe sowing the seed is still important regardless of the outcome in that moment.

Prophet. I came to the Lord before any of my family. They are very good Catholics . When I got saved, I said to the Lord. My entire family they need to come through n find God the same way I do. Otherwise they are lost I was before I came to him. My question is ; Are Catholics saved?

Are used to take it as as long as I’m doing what God sent me to do all as well as not my job it’s His and I might not be the one to break through to them maybe just a plant a seed maybe just to give it a little bit more water maybe I am the one that helps it breakthrough but if I do what I’m supposed to do God does the rest that’s how are used to view it
