I watched episode 1. I think Carol is the worst. She claims tigers need around 452 sq miles to roam. She keeps them cooped up. They don't seem happy. She exploits these animals. Maybe I am wrong.

Idk video media aka documentaries can make him seem so disingenuous based on the show; who knows narcissists can really hide their hidden agendas. Certain animals are farmed for product but that’s not equivalent to a wild animal being kept captive in an environment that’s probably near opposite of it’s natural habitat. And to answer your question, I stick with tuna and chicken and sometimes turkey.

@JD Davis Obviously he never knew they'd be in a "Netflix" series but he definitely DID think he was filming for a television series and he most definitely touted those songs as HIS on camera with the hope of making television. He sang in his car and called them his multiple times. He also posted those videos on his UA-cam for the world to see and claimed them as his own. He made CD's and didn't list the actual musicians in those CD books. His husband is here on camera believing it's actually Joe singing. So he's even lying to his husband.
So to insinuate that he's being falsely represented in the series and his intentions were to raise awareness, is a bit silly. The man had songs about his husband's and about Baskin murdering her husband and feeding him to tigers. The whole music thing was done for HIM and getting attention. Any awareness raised was just a byproduct of what he did for a living and the GW facility and his whole battle with Baskin.

@Never Stop Never Stopping I'm not sure if you know this. But Carol Baskin has actually been married 3 times. It's possible she killed a second husband as well. Before her current husband, she was in a different relationship. The man filed an order of protection against her. He was in fear for his life. In the police reports he said things like he once asked her what she'd do if her missing husband came back. She said "dead bodies can't talk" and "I hope they don't find any bones on my property". He was legitimately convinced she killed 2 previous husbands and that she was planning to kill him as well. She's a legitimate Black Widow.

Euthanasia by firearm is common in the wildlife management and animal husbandry industries.
To be fair no one is saying hes an angel hes done wrong but the fact over 400 tigers are well and healthy ... he defanitly aint no abuser. If I were to be in pain and prolongged to live and suffer im sure id prefere a bullet to the head . He acted in hes instincts and done what he thought was right regardless weather people do or dont , obviously everyone has there opinion I personally do beleieve he done wrong at times but I beleieve he had the tigers best interest at heart . It's all baloney. He had hundreds of tigers. The USDA prevents him from intervening in the birthing process, and cubs die because of it. Some very sick and old animals need to be euthanized.
